HSBC property valuation: what additional documents are required?

Mortgage valuation allows you to evaluate the value of the acquired property and, accordingly, the amount of the required loan, which you can compare with the amount of the loan that you can get based on your financial situation.

After conducting a valuation, HSBC may additionally require the following documents to be provided about the property: Structural Defects Warranty, External Wall System.

 The HSBC valuation fee can depend on the property value.
