See how you can change your place of residence in the details

If a client has changed his place of residence, he can update his data in the database of Loyds in one of the following ways:

  1. in the mobile app:
  • sign in to the application
  • choose 'More'
  • tap your name
  • choose Address
  • follow the prompts
  1. in branch
  2. by phone: dial 0345 300 0000 or +44 1733 347 007 if abroad and follow the prompts
  3. write a letter with a reference number P1COA to Lloyds Bank, Box 1, BX1 1LT, and add the following data: your old and new addresses, account or insurance number, date of birth, your financial mobile number, or email address.
