- choose 'More'
- tap your name
- choose Address
- follow the prompts
- in branch
- by phone: dial 0345 300 0000 or +44 1733 347 007 if abroad and follow the prompts
- write a letter with a reference number P1COA to Lloyds Bank, Box 1, BX1 1LT, and add the following data: your old and new addresses, account or insurance number, date of birth, your financial mobile number, or email address.
