M&S Bank balance transfer: how to request

See how to require a balance transfer in the M&S Bank online apps

To request a balance transfer a client of M&S Bank should:

  1. in online banking:
  • log in to online banking
  • switch to "My Accounts" from the Menu
  • select your card account (the card must already have been activated)
  • choose "Balance Transfer"
  • fill in the online transfer form
  • check the details
  1. in the mobile app:
  • log in to the mobile app
  • switch to your M&S cars (it must be activated)
  • tap "Balance Transfer"
  • tap "Request balance transfer" or choose "Request another BT" if you have already made one
  • scroll down and accept the terms
  • select your old card provider
  • enter your old card details
  • fill in the sent sum
  • check the details
  • confirm the operation
