To request a balance transfer a client of M&S Bank should:
- in online banking:
- log in to online banking
- switch to "My Accounts" from the Menu
- select your card account (the card must already have been activated)
- choose "Balance Transfer"
- fill in the online transfer form
- check the details
- in the mobile app:
- log in to the mobile app
- switch to your M&S cars (it must be activated)
- tap "Balance Transfer"
- tap "Request balance transfer" or choose "Request another BT" if you have already made one
- scroll down and accept the terms
- select your old card provider
- enter your old card details
- fill in the sent sum
- check the details
- confirm the operation
