HSBC - how to change address?
A customer of HSBC can update his address in one of the following ways:
- by calling 03457-404-404
- change address in the HSBC app: sign in to the mobile app, press the Profile at the top right of the screen, switch to Update personal details, choose Update your personal details, then Contact details, tap Change address, and follow the prompts
- HSBC address change in the Online Banking: log in to the program, press Account services, and choose Personal and address details, press Edit near the old address and follow the prompts
- by visiting the nearest branch of HSBC
