A new legal client can’t open a business account in Metro Bank online.
To apply for a business account online a company should visit the nearest store with some documents, like:
- for entrepreneurs/partnerships: banking account statements, utility bills, invoices from suppliers, a letter from your bookkeeper, business premises rates advice, and HMRC correspondence
- limited liabilities: no documents are required, Metro Bank will check the data online
- not-for-profit organizations like societies, charities, and clubs: constitution documents, minutes of the meeting, constitution documents
If you have additional questions, you should call 0345-08-08-500 on Mon-Fr from 8 am to 8 pm, on Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm, and on Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm.
