An HSBC global account enables a customer to use foreign currencies for banking operations, for example, to transfer money abroad.
To open the account, you should:
- log in to the HSBC mobile app
- switch to "International Services"
- choose "Products and Services"
- tap 'HSBC Global Money' and follow the prompts
To be eligible you should have:
- 18 years or be older
- a working bank account in HSBC
- have an e-mail held with the bank
- no Global Money Account in any country
- not be subject to financial sanctions
