Being locked, your token will display a 7-digit code.
To continue working with HSBC NetBank, you need to reset it, for this you should:
- visit the Internet Banking start page
- fill in your Username
- press Forgotten your Secure Key PIN on the next screen
- get a PIN Reset Code and follow the prompts
