PPI or Payment Protection Insurance from HSBC ensures the payment of your obligations to the bank, for example, on a credit card or personal loan, in the event of disability or death.

HSBC has suspended its PPI program, but it may operate in sub-brands such as First Direct HFC, Bank Limited, John Lewis Financial Services, and M&S Bank.

Your PPI claim will be reviewed within 8 weeks.
