You can upgrade your basic account to a premier one at the nearest branch of HSBC.
Be sure to take your ID documents and that you meet the premier account requirements (1. 75 000 GBP income annually and a mortgage, life insurance, or investment with HSBC, or 2. at least 50 000 GBP deposited in HSBC, 3. have a premier status in HSBC in another country).
