If you think, that your HSBC card is lost or stolen, you should immediately block it in order not to become a victim of financial rogues, for this:
- in the mobile app:
- sign in to the mobile app
- choose the account linked to the lost card
- switch to View more
- choose Manage cards
- tap Report lost, stolen, or damaged card
- follow the prompts
- check your details, and press confirm to get a new card
- in online banking:
- log in to online banking
- choose the account linked to the lost card
- press Manage
- switch to Menu
- choose Report a lost or stolen card
- select the lost card
- follow the prompts
- check your details, and press confirm to get a new card
