If you think, that your HSBC card is lost or stolen, you should immediately block it in order not to become a victim of financial rogues, for this: 

  1. in the mobile app: 
  • sign in to the mobile app
  • choose the account linked to the lost card
  • switch to View more
  • choose Manage cards
  • tap Report lost, stolen, or damaged card
  • follow the prompts
  • check your details, and press confirm to get a new card 
  1. in online banking: 
  • log in to online banking
  • choose the account linked to the lost card
  • press Manage
  • switch to Menu
  • choose Report a lost or stolen card
  • select the lost card
  • follow the prompts
  • check your details, and press confirm to get a new card
