You must immediately inform Lloyds Bank about the loss in order not to become a victim of financial rogues, for this:
- in the NetBank:
- log in to the program
- chose Help&Support
- select the lost and stolen card option
- choose the cards to be canceled
- fill in your online banking PIN to confirm the changes
- in the mobile app:
- sign in to the mobile app
- click "More"
- select "Card Management"
- select "Card Freezes"
- choose the card
- switch the needed option
You can also phone 0800-096-9779 (or +44-1702-278-270 from abroad) or visit the nearest branch to freeze the lost card.
