Lloyds - lost bank card

Discover what to do if the you lost your bank card from Lloyds Bank


You must immediately inform Lloyds Bank about the loss in order not to become a victim of financial rogues, for this:

- in the NetBank:

  1. log in to the program
  2. chose Help&Support
  3. select the lost and stolen card option
  4. choose the cards to be canceled
  5. fill in your online banking PIN to confirm the changes

- in the mobile app:

  1. sign in to the mobile app
  2. click "More"
  3. select "Card Management"
  4. select "Card Freezes"
  5. choose the card
  6. switch the needed option

You can also phone 0800-096-9779 (or +44-1702-278-270 from abroad) or visit the nearest branch to freeze the lost card.
