Lloyds Bank purchased Trustee Savings Bank (TSB) in 1999.
But in 2013, Lloyds TSB once again became two separate banking organizations, when Lloyds Bank transferred more than a million of its clients to 631 branches of TSB in Great Britain.
So, Lloyds and TSB are different banks now.
