If you have lost a credit or debit card from CIBC or you think that they have been stolen, you urgently need to block it to avoid becoming a victim of financial fraudsters.
You can do it in one of the following ways:
- by calling 0345-08-08-500
2. in the mobile app:
- sign in to the app
- press More
- tap Manage my cards
- choose the required card
- tap Cancel card
- tap Confirm
- with online banking:
- sign in to the NetBank
- press View your accounts
- choose the required account
- press Useful account services
- press Cancel card
- choose the stolen card
- choose either Lost or Stolen
- press Cancel this card now
