Metro Bank - lost card

See what to do if you lost your Metro Bank card

If you have lost a credit or debit card from CIBC or you think that they have been stolen, you urgently need to block it to avoid becoming a victim of financial fraudsters.

You can do it in one of the following ways:

  1. by calling 0345-08-08-500

    2. in the mobile app:

  • sign in to the app
  • press More
  • tap Manage my cards
  • choose the required card
  • tap Cancel card
  • tap Confirm 
  1. with online banking:
  • sign in to the NetBank
  • press View your accounts
  • choose the required account
  • press Useful account services
  • press Cancel card
  • choose the stolen card
  • choose either Lost or Stolen
  • press Cancel this card now
