- switch to the top menu
- choose Services
- press Manage statements
- select Order an up-to-date statement
- choose the banking account to prepare the statement
- press Continue
- in the mobile app:

- switch to Services
- choose Manage statements
- tap Order an up-to-date statement
- select the banking account to prepare the statement
- press Continue
