How do I cancel a direct debit in HSBC

You can cancel direct debits in the mobile app, for this, you should: 

1. log in to the mobile app
2. choose the desired account
3. select 'Manage bills'
4. switch to Direct Debit
5. tap Cancel Direct Debit
6. confirm the cancellation 

Also, you can cancel your direct debit by calling on 03457 404 404 from 8 am to 8 pm or by visiting the nearest branch.
