To sign up for register for HSBC Voice ID, you should:
- dial at 08000-852-380
- pass the verification by using your phone banking security number
- say 'My voice is my password' up to 5 times to create the voiceprint, so you can use it the next time for the verification
If you've forgotten the security code, please call 03457-404-404.
To be eligible you should:
- have 18 years or be older
- be registered for phone banking
- live in Great Britain
