Having a current account in Metro Bank, you can switch your banking account from another bank by filling out the online form.
If you don't have a current account in Metro Bank, you should open it first.
A client can also switch his account to Metro Bank in the nearest branch, you should just take your name and address proof documents and your old account details (sort code, banking account, 16-digit card number).
Metro Bank will switch all your direct debits, regular payments, standing orders, and all future payments to the old account.
