If you have forgotten the PIN in HSBC, you can create a new one for your credit card in one in the following way:
- in the NetBank:
- sign in to the Internet Banking
- choose the desired account
- press Manage
- choose to Send me my PIN
- follow the prompts
- in the mobile app:
- sign in to the application
- choose the desired credit card
- tap Manage cards
- tap View card PIN
- apply to the nearest HSBC branch
