Scammers frequently send scam texts to clients of HSBC to obtain personal information of the client to access his bank account.
Such letters look quite believable and stimulate a customer:
- confirm new transfer recipients
- take urgent actions

And if you received a suspicious message and the sender's number is not included in the above list, you should report scammers by:
- calling to 7726, or to a phone number on the back of your card
- mail to [email protected]@hsbc.co.uk
