If you pay your mortgage:
- from an account in HSBC, you can change your direct debit by calling 03457-404-404 or via Chat on the bank’s website
- from an account in another bank, please fill in the form and pass it to the nearest branch
HSBC will make changes to the payment settings within 10 working days.
